Event Registration

Registration is on VBSchedule.com.  Once you go to this website, new users will be given the opportunity to create a club account.  If you have used VBSchedule.com in past, you should log into your account.

The information below is to explain how to enter events in VBSchedule.com.  Each event may impose further restrictions than what is written below (i.e. no checks).  The exact information should be available on the event’s page.

New Clubs/Accounts to VBSchedule.com

If you do not yet have a club director account on VBSchedule.com, create one.  Click LOGIN at the top of the page.  It will take you to a place to either login, or create an account.

One you are the dashboard, please create a club by clicking the My Clubs link on the left menu.

Use the Create Club button (You must be a club administrator to create a club).  Fill out identifying information about your club including the types of events (JVA, USAV, AAU) you intend to enter.

The main menu:

  • Team Lists (Add teams)  Fill out all identifying information about each team
  • Members List (Add individuals)  Purple + button allows you to upload lists or type in players individually
  • Register for Events (see below in the Existing Clubs section)
  • Permissions.  Allows you to add individuals who can access the club or certain teams in the club.
  • Add Competition Results

Please reference these at any time you need assistance.

Before you can register for an event using this website, you will need to:

  1. Update your profile
  2. Create team(s) for your club
  3. Club Members & Manage Teams – none of our events require rosters or team members to register for the event.  Some of the event require that rosters be submitted at Team Check-In.

 

Existing Clubs on VBSchedule.com

  1. Enter events by hitting the button ENTER EVENTS in your club account.
  2. Click on the blue button on the right hand side for the event you want to enter.
  3. All of your club’s teams are now displayed.  Eligible teams for this event now have a pulldown box by their name.
  4. Click the pulldown box to enter a specific division.
  5. Your team is now in the shopping cart (right side of screen).
  6. Hit the Submit Pending Registrations button.
  7. Payment must now be made.
    • If you are paying by check (if the event allows it), click the button that says Mail-In Form.  Print this form and send your check to the address provided. Please pay for all of your teams who are participating with one check.
    • If you are paying by PayPal or credit card, click on Pay by Credit Card.  Both options will now be available to you. Follow the instructions to pay.
