Important Information
- When you purchase this streaming service, you will be directed to a PayPal site that allows you to pay with a credit card. You do not need a PayPal account.
- After you pay for the service you will receive a receipt from PayPal and you will be automatically directed back to the streaming website.
- After you pay for the service you will also be sent an email that contains your “password” or ticket number. That email will come from the email address no_reply@ppvmailer.com or streaming@midwestvolleyball.com and will have a subject of “Thank you for purchasing a PPV ticket”. In that email will be your password/ticket number.
- Make sure that your email spam filter is set to accept that email. Without it you will not have the password/ticket number needed to resume viewing should you leave the service or get disconnected. If you do not have the password/ticket number and you get disconnected you will have to pay again.
- Northern Lights will not issue refunds for multiple purchases on the same day. One payment gives you access for the entire day, and access to download the videos until the Wednesday night (11:59 pm) following the event. However you need that password/ticket number from the email.
- Cookies must be enabled for this service to work. Do not clear cookies from your system while using this service.
- If you are unfamiliar with how Pay Per View streaming video works, we suggest you have someone who knows how it works set it up on your computer.
