I love working with players to improve their volleyball skills and being able to help them gain confidence on the court, all while having fun!

Joy started coaching as a junior in college at Bethel University, where she played her four years and graduated in 2006. She joined the coaching staff at Northern Lights for the 2011 club season and has coached teams at the 15-18 ages. Most recently, she has been the Head Coach of the 16-2 team. Joy will also be the lead coach for the Youth Development Teams starting with the 2022/2023 season. Along with coaching at Northern Lights, Joy is the Head Coach at Spring Lake Park High School.
