I love to help players develop their passing and defense skills, as I was a Libero during my volleyball career!

Calleigh Rae Steichen has been involved with Northern Lights for over a decade.

As a player, Calleigh Rae was a part of the 12’s, 13-1, 14-1, 15-1, 16-1 and 17-2 teams.  She also served as captain of Eagan High School volleyball when she was a senior (Fall 2012).  Her position when playing was Libero / DS.

Calleigh Rae graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 2017 and returned to Northern Lights to assistant coach the 15-Red team.  She joined the full-time office staff in 2018 as the social media coordinator.  She has now served as an assistant coach for multiple 1’s and 2’s teams since 2019.
