These are high-repetition skill sessions designed to prepare you for your school season. High-repetition, focused work, with great instruction and feedback.
Players will be grouped by ability in groups of 2 – 10 players, depending on session focus and registration numbers. Please review age restrictions – grades shown are for Fall 2024. These sessions are for girls only.
Register for one, several, or all sessions. Skill times are rotated daily to give all players a chance to attend.
Please note that spectators are discouraged at these Northern Lights Skill Sessions.
How to Register
All registration is done online at www.signuptoplay.com. Please note that every player requires a unique account; siblings may not share an account.

Cost is $45 for each 1.5 session and $30 for each 1 hour session. Each clinic is registered for and paid for separately.
No in-person registrations.
The registration deadline is midnight the day before the session. This allows our lead coach enough time to properly prepare.
Please note that as of 11/1/22, there is no switching of sessions within 72 hours of the session date.
