General Information:

This is a two-day event for all divisions.

All players, coaches, and teams USAV, AAU and JVA registered are welcome to participate.

We will accept age waivered teams into this event.

Registration: 

Registration requires a $200 deposit**.

** Deposit will be returned upon completion of all of the team’s play and officiating responsibilities if spectator admission is allowed.  If for any reason, we are able to host this tournament, but not allow spectators, the $200 deposit will be retained.

Registration opens October 9, 2023 at 8:00am.

Register as soon as possible; divisions fill quickly!

Cancellation/Refunds: 

All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable for accepted teams who do not participate.

Accepted teams who pay their $200 deposit and complete all play and officiating duties for the event, will receive a refund provided spectators are allowed during the event.  The refunds are mailed back to the address on file in the team/club’s account after the tournament.

Teams may request a refund at any time before acceptance (including while on the wait list).

Certified Athletic Trainers:

Northern Lights is proud to continue its tradition of providing Allina Health Orthopedics athletic trainers at events held at the Midwest Volleyball Warehouse. The trainers will be able to provide taping services, ice, and emergency injury evaluation. This has always been great benefit to the players and one which is becoming more important as the athletes play at higher levels.

Admission:

$8 for adults

$5 for seniors (ages 65+) and students (ages 6-18)

Kids 5 & under are free

Additional Information: 

Officials will not be provided.  Teams will be required to supply an entire officiating crew including an R1.  The R1 must be a certified adult, usually a coach.

Warm-up balls are provided.
