Preliminary Wave Schedule

Here are the expected starting times for the first day of the Northern Lights Qualifier.  Please note that these times are subject to change until the final, live schedule is released and any travel booked should be based on the assumption that you may begin play at 8:00 am on the first day and not finish until 4:00 pm on day 3.   The schedule on Day 2 is dependent on a team’s finish on Day 1; no further information about Day 2 is available until the final schedule is published.

** It is recommended that you continue to recheck this chart as changes can be made as the date of competition gets closer.  A split start time means that some teams in the division will play in the AM while others will play in the PM.  The exact schedule for your team will not be known or communicated until the schedule is officially released.  This chart was last updated on 3/6/24.

Live Schedule & Results

The official schedule is the schedule found on VBSchedule.com.  Be sure to check the results website each evening to verify your play times and court the next day.

The live schedule will be posted no later than the Wednesday night before the tournament weekend.  We will make every attempt to post it earlier!

Tournament Finishing Times

For teams who must fly to our event, we ask that your return trip not be scheduled before 6:30 pm on the final day of the tournament.  Final matches of the day may not begin until as late as 3:00 pm.  Championship matches generally begin at 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm.  Due to the high level of competition and the closeness in ability of teams playing on day 3, the play day can last until 4:30 pm – 5:00 pm (1-2 hours behind) for some courts by the end of the day.  Teams with flights before 6:30 pm may risk forfeiting matches.  Teams are also still responsible for their officiating assignments before leaving.

Please note that ultimately the decision is yours when you choose to travel.  We cannot be responsible for advising you which flights to take.
