Check-In Procedure
Northern Lights is proud to offer Online Check-In for the Northern Lights Qualifier.
All teams are required to check-in online. Checking into the tournament in-person is no longer an option.
In order to complete Online Check-In, your roster must be complete and verified. We encourage you to do this at least a few weeks ahead of time and not at the last minute in case you run into any problems.
Online Check-In will begin on Tuesday morning before the tournament at 8:00 AM CST. Here is how to do it:
- To check-in online, log into your club’s registration account in VBSchedule.com
- Click on Teams (or Team Lists), find the team you wish to check-in and click on that team’s name. A team information box will open up.
- In that box scroll down to the Event Rosters section. If you have a valid roster for an event there will be Green Icon with “Roster Submitted”. Below that will be the purple button that says “Check In Online” click on it and follow the prompts.
- This purple button will only show up after Online Check-In begins on Tuesday. If you do not have a valid roster, the check in button will not show up.
- Once you check in, the purple button will go away and you will be unable to change anything.
All teams must be checked-in no later than the Wednesday before the tournament at 5:00 PM CST.
- Once a team is checked-in, the roster is locked. If you need to make roster changes after checking in, you must email [email protected] so we can uncheck-in the team. After making changes, you will be required to check-in the team again.
- Roster changes after the Thursday before the tournament at 5:00 pm CST will require a $50 payment to be made at the Championship Desk before your first match of the tournament starts.
Dates & Times
Online Check-In will begin at 8:00 AM CST the Tuesday before the tournament weekend.
All check-in must be completed by 5:00 PM CST the Wednesday before the tournament weekend.
Coach Credentials
- All rostered coaches are required to have a coaches’ credential for admission into the venue and a coaches’ wristband worn on the wrist to be on the team bench.
- After the team has been checked in, credentials can be obtained with the link provided. Credentials will be emailed to the coaches’ email address. The coach’s individual email address must be in VBSchedule under their member profile.
- Coaches will need their USAV number and they must be on a verified, checked in, roster to receive their credential.
- The coaches’ photo must be uploaded to the credential prior to entry. A photo is required. No exceptions.
- A valid photo ID with full name matching the credentials will be required upon first entry to the tournament. No exceptions. This is to verify the coach meets USAV requirements.
Upon initial entry, coaches will receive a wristband that is required to be worn at all times. This wristband identifies them as a registered, SafeSport certified coach eligible to be on the team bench. The wristband does NOT permit entry into the facility but is required along with the coach credential that will be scanned every entry.
