All Skills – Group lessons only

$120 / 50 minute session

Once an athlete acquires a base skill level, those skills need to be replicated in volleyball situations. Group lessons that stress multiple touches from multiple players simulate the decisions and skill applications in match situations. These replicator lessons require 3-4 players. At least one player must be a setter. The lesson will cover any skills the players want to improve. They will see clips of college and pro players performing the skills and tactics. They will create a video of themselves for their video file. They will receive a summary and plan for moving forward.

Groups of athletes must be approved for these group lessons. Interested athletes should create a group and contact me at [email protected]. Please do not contact the Northern Lights office about this process. If the group is approved, you will receive a password to register for the lesson. A lead parent registers the group and is responsible for the payment. The other parents will pay the lead parent.

Volleyball can be transformative. The highs and lows of learning to play volleyball and highs and lows of life share the same space. Learning to play volleyball should be as joyous as it is challenging.

• Aame is a former physical education teacher and has been coaching and teaching for over 50 years. He has coached both boys and girls in 7 sports.
• His volleyball experience includes; youth, high school, club, and all three levels of collegiate volleyball.
• Aame has a unique ability to break complex skills and tactics into a training sequence to accelerate the learning process.
