Favorite Volleyball Moment: |
| Every season provides a ton of special moments. Watching the growth of each player and seeing the girls bond as a team over the course of 6-8 months is unique every year.
I always hope to instill in players the confidence to understand that mistakes are part of growth and to go out and take chances to grow as a volleyball player. This culminated last year with our WBL 12-1s team ending their season with a back row attack in the 3rd set at 14-13 for a tournament championship. It was such a cool way to see them take risks and try to make great plays in high stress situation. |
