Coaching Bio: |
| 2022-2023 was my 14th year coaching at Northern Lights. I have decided to take the 2023-2024 season off from coaching during the club season. |
| My experience at Lights as of 2024: 15's (4 years), 14's (8 years), and 13's (2 years). |
| 2023 Varsity Assistant Coach for Eastview HS. |
| 2017-2022 Varsity Assistant Coach for the Academy of Holy Angels. 2017 AA State Tournament 3rd Place. 2017, 2021, & 2022 Tri-Metro Conference Champs. |
| I've spent 7 years coaching the Fall Clinic/League at Northern Lights and 6 years coaching at the summer camps/clinics. |
| My first foray into coaching was as a college student at my high school. I specifically helped out with the setters (at that ancient time, the setters never got any special training). I was super excited to be a part of that team that coincidentally end |

Personal Bio: |
| I've been coaching at Northern Lights since 2009, but decided in 2014 to join the full-time staff as a project manager. |
| Married for 24 years to David Morrison. Abby (1st year grad student at the University of Iowa) is my only daughter. |
| Originally from the great state of Delaware (though I've been in Minnesota for 25 years now). |

Favorite Volleyball Moment: |
| As a player, winning our first ever conference championship for my school (first one in the school's 20 year history) and making it to state. As a coach, I have had many great memories across the years and the teams. However, nothing can quite beat being at the top of the national tournaments. 2015 13-2 2nd place at AAU's, 2017 14-2 2nd place at AAU's and 5th place at USJO's, 2023 15-2 3rd place at AAU's (and a win against Vital 15-1 who no one could beat including our 1's team!) |
