  • I played on varsity at Regis High School in Cedar Rapids as a setter and team captain.

  • I played in various college intramurals and I have continue to play on coed and women's leagues through the years.

  • I graduated from Iowa State University in Ames, IA with a BA in Speech Communications with an Emphasis in Interpersonal and Rhetorical Communications.

  • I originally I am from Cedar Rapids, Iowa but I escaped to the Minnesota shortly after college. I spent many years as a contract speaker giving presentations to high school and college students about studying, getting good grades and getting involved in

  • I have been married to Craig for 15 years and we have 3 kids, Devon (13), Alec (11) and Anders (8). I also have a pet bearded dragon named Ray.

    Favorite Volleyball Moment:
     Generally my favorite moment is when a player or a team has spent weeks or sometimes months developing a skill and then one day it just seems to all come together and ""click"" with them. As a coach I am just as excited as they are that they finally get it!
