	I have also played in numerous local co-ed sand and hard court volleyball leagues
Education:
	Clarke College- BA in Communication with emphasis in public relations, advertising and journalism.
	I also received a coaching endorsement.
Personal Bio:
	I'm proud to say I was born and raised on a farm in Iowa with married parents, 3 wonderful sisters, and lots of animals. My sister Nicky plays volleyball for Upper Iowa University, Fayette, Iowa.
	I have a deep passion for people and volleyball. I also enjoy going back to Iowa to ride horses and see our other animals. Traveling is another passion of mine.
	I am the Publications and Advertising Coordinator in the marketing office at Concordia University, St. Paul. I write and edit our alumni/friends of the university magazine, coordinate a portion of our advertising and manage projects that come through our

Favorite Volleyball Moment:
	I’ve had many small moments in coaching volleyball that have made me really proud. It is so rewarding after working your kids so hard in practice and seeing the discipline pay off in a game. I used to get pretty excited when I played volleyball in high school. I thought it was a pretty big deal when I had my first kill at the varsity level. I have also really enjoyed traveling the country to watch my sister play volleyball and it was great to see her and her team win the Iowa region in 2006!
